Terms & Conditions:

1. All prices will be quoted in Singapore dollars (SGD) which include overseas shipping from United States to Singapore and local delivery within Singapore.
2. All charms sold are 100% authentic and purchased from local U.S. PANDORA retailers on per order basis (no ready stocks or fast deal).
3. Charm designs are subject to stock availability by local U.S. PANDORA retailers.
4. Payment must be made via funds transfer to POSB/UOB bank account within 24 hours to confirm order.
5. All transactions are non-refundable, unless charm design becomes out of stock. In the event charm becomes out of stock, we will refund the full amount to your designated bank account.
6. Every single charm order will be packed in PANDORA standard paper gift box.
7. Special packaging request for PANDORA pillow ring box will be at additional SGD$5 per box for each single charm order.
8. Special packaging request for PANDORA pillow ring box will be FREE for order of 2 or more charms per order (charms will be packed together) or for any orders of S$200 and above.
