*TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1. Not valid for in-stock PANDORA charms and other discounts previously offered.
2. All items’ prices will be quoted in Singapore dollars (SGD), which are inclusive of overseas shipping from United States to Singapore and local delivery within Singapore.
3. NO ADDITIONAL COST OR CHARGES unless otherwise specified.
4. All charms sold are purchased from local U.S. PANDORA retailers on per order basis (no ready stocks) and are 100% NEW AND AUTHENTIC.
5. Charm designs and choice of free bracelet are SUBJECT TO STOCK AVAILABILITY by local U.S. PANDORA retailers.
6. All transactions are NON-REFUNDABLE OR EXCHANGEABLE, unless item becomes out of stock.
7. PAYMENT of orders shall be made via funds transfer to POSB Savings account 129-14262-6 or UOB account 360-370-876-6 in full upon ordering.
8. PACKAGING of charms ordered in relation to the free bracelet promotion will be packed in one single PANDORA’s bracelet gift box. Order of other PANDORA items will be packed in the most suitable packaging as deem fits. Additional charges shall apply for request of separate packaging.
9. DELIVERY of orders placed in relation to free bracelet promotion is independent of our regular monthly delivery schedule. All pre-orders with free bracelet placed and paid by 18 March 2015, 11:59PM SGT will be delivered by 20 APRIL 2015. Orders submitted and paid from 19 March 2015 till end of promo period will be delivered by 30 April 2015.
10. We will try our best to get you your choice of free bracelet. We RESERVE THE RIGHT to extend the delivery of your order in the event choice of free bracelet is out of stock and additional wait time is required by local U.S. PANDORA retailers or REPLACE with another bracelet design which is available in your requested size.

We take pride in checking the good condition of the items before shipping out your order and we do our best to abide by our delivery schedule. However, we cannot guarantee prompt delivery in the event of any unforeseen circumstances, e.g. need for exchanges or returns as a result of unsatisfactory product quality on retailers’ part or retailers’ error in items delivered to and received by us or delay caused by postage service providers and etc. Your satisfaction is important to us and we will keep you notified immediately in the event of any unforeseen circumstances.
