TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1. All prices will be quoted in Singapore dollars (SGD), which include overseas shipping from United States to Singapore and local delivery within Singapore.
2. No additional cost or charges unless otherwise specified (refer to packaging details below).
3. All charms sold are purchased from local U.S. PANDORA retailers on per order basis (no ready stocks) and are 100% new and authentic.
4. Charm designs are subject to stock availability by local U.S. PANDORA retailers.
5. All transactions are non-refundable, unless charm design becomes out of stock. In the event requested charm design becomes out of stock, you have the option to purchase another charm design or we will refund the full amount to your designated bank account.

   

PAYMENT

• For all pre-orders (orders submitted by 11 March 2015, SG Time 11:59 p.m.):

- 50% advance payment upon submission of orders; and
- balance 50% payment by 15 March 2015, SG Time 11:59 p.m.

• For all orders submitted after 11 March 2015, SG Time 11:59 p.m.:

– 100% payment upon submission of orders.

All payments shall be made via funds transfer to POSB Savings account 129-14262-6 or UOB account 360-370-876-6.

For identification purpose, please quote iBanking ID/nickname or provide transaction reference number in your email order (refer to order format below).

We regret that orders submitted without receipt of payments will not be processed.

   

PACKAGING

• Every single charm order will be packed in PANDORA standard paper gift box.
• Order of two or more charms will be packed in small PANDORA pillow ring box.
• Request for small PANDORA pillow ring box for single charm order will be charged an additional SGD$5.00 (due to difference in shipping weight).

DELIVERY SCHEDULE

• For all pre-orders submitted by 11 March 2015^ SGT 11:59 p.m., items will be delivered by 9 April 2015^.
• For orders submitted and paid by 20 March 2015, SGT 11:59 p.m., items will be delivered by 17 April 2015.
• For orders submitted and paid by 27 March 2015, SGT 11:59 p.m., items will be delivered by 24 April 2015.

We will reply with an Order Confirmation upon receipt of your email order and payment.

We take pride in checking the good condition of the items before shipping out your order and we do our best to abide by our delivery schedule. However, we cannot guarantee prompt delivery in the event of any unforeseen circumstances, e.g. need for exchanges or returns as a result of unsatisfactory product quality on retailers’ part or retailers’ error in items delivered to and received by us or delay caused by postage service providers and etc. Your satisfaction is important to us and we will keep you notified immediately in the event of any unforeseen circumstances.

p.s. We understand that PANDORA will be launching a free bracelet promotion in March 2015 in the United States. We have not received any updates on the actual promotion date and details. We are unsure if the new Disney® collection will be included in the free bracelet promotional purchase and we are unable to advise if our pre-orders will make it in time for the free bracelet promotion. However, we will definitely keep all posted and informed if your orders qualify for the free bracelet promotion.
